Important Notice to Our Valued Customers
Booking Terms and Conditions:
At MD Love Nails, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the following rules when booking your appointment:
Please ensure that you are punctual and able to attend your appointment on time.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your reservation. Failure to make a deposit will result in no booking being made. The deposit will be deducted from your bill or carried forward for roll on appointments. A 48-hour cancellation policy also applies to roll on appointments.
When booking multiple treatments on the same day, such as a manicure and pedicure, a separate deposit of £10 is required for each treatment. For example, a manicure requires a £10 deposit and a pedicure requires a £10 deposit, totaling a £20 deposit.
If you have specific nail designs in mind (paintings, stamps, diamonds, etc.), please inform us when booking your treatment so that we can allocate sufficient time. Please note that design work cannot be accommodated within the standard appointment time.
Refunds are not available.
Our salon strictly enforces an 18+ policy and does not offer treatments for children.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our salon, we regretfully cannot provide wheelchair access.
If there is anything you are unhappy with regarding your design, shape, length, etc., please inform us during your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the acceptance of the treatment and the obligation to pay.
We do not perform infills for work done by other technicians. However, if you would like us to do your nails, please inform us in advance so that we can allocate sufficient time for your appointment.
When booking an infill appointment, please let us know if you have lost any of your nails so that we can allocate extra time for repairs. Failure to inform us may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit.
We are happy to provide free repairs within the first 4 days following your treatment. After this period, repairs will be charged at £5 per nail, depending on the design.
Payment options include cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please ensure the payment is made on the day of your treatment. We also offer vouchers, which remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
We do not accept responsibility for any belongings left in the salon.
We highly recommend that you attend your appointment alone to accommodate our limited space and to avoid any distractions during your treatment.
For your safety and ours, please inform us of any ongoing health conditions, skin or nail infections, pregnancy, epilepsy, or any other relevant health information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it poses a risk to your health and safety. We also have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language and will not provide services to customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Cancellation and Lateness Policy:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled, and your deposit will be retained to cover the technician's downtime.
A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid losing your deposit. Failure to provide sufficient notice three times will result in a refusal to accept future bookings.
Any cancellations made without 48 hours' notice will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, if this occurs twice, we will not accept any future bookings unless they are paid for in full, upfront.
